• Eligibility: Items must be in new condition and include all original tags and boxes. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

💸 Refund Timeline:

• Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

• Refunds are initiated within 12–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
